Para apuração da equivalência patrimonial foram excluídos lucros não realizados nas operações tanto de venda da Controladora para a controlada quanto da controlada para a Controladora ou entre as controladas.

A Controladora constituiu provisão correspondente ao valor do passivo a descoberto de suas controladas no montante de R$ 766 em 2010, a qual está registrada na rubrica provisão para perdas em investimentos em sociedades controladas. As contrapartidas das provisões constituídas foram classificadas em contrapartida do resultado, na rubrica "equivalência patrimonial".
