(i) Brazilian Air Force is considered a third party to the Company.

Unbilled accounts receivables recognized under the POC (Percentage-of-Completion) for defense and security business totaled US$134.5 at December 31, 2010 and revenues recorded in 2010 was US$455.4.

At December, 31 2010, the accounts receivable of US$172.8 (US$253.8 December 31, 2009 and US$290.9 January 1st, 2009) were fully performing.

At December 31, 2010, the accounts receivable of US$176.5 (December 31, 2009 US$153.6 – January 1st, 2009 US$163.8) are overdue, but not impaired. These accounts relate to independent customers with no recent default history. The analysis of past due accounts receivable is presented below:

The maximum exposure to credit risk at the latest balance sheet date is the carrying value of each class of accounts receivable. The Company does not hold any collateral as security.
